The best way to book your room online is via our booking portal. You will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail within 15 minutes.
With the booking confirmation you will receive access to our web app. To facilitate the check-in process on the day of arrival, we recommend that you enter your registration details and pay with your credit card in the web app in advance.
Please note: When booking, the credit card is only stored as a guarantee (e.g. for no-shows after the cancellation deadline). The actual payment can only be made after the booking and must be made at the latest at check-in.
On the day of arrival, you will receive a check-in invitation by email and text message at around 15:00 with a link to digital check-in, which you can do conveniently from your smartphone, PC or iPad in the lobby.
The check-in invitation is always sent at around 15:00. If your room is ready before this time, you can also check in earlier on the day of arrival. However, we cannot guarantee this and this can only be tried out. If the check-in does not work before you receive the check-in invitation, your room is not yet ready for you.
If you have any problems, you can call the hotline on site at any time (if our reception is not staffed).
On the entire day of arrival and departure, you can open the front door with your smartphone in the web app or by presenting any credit card to the card reader next to the front door (or, if necessary, via the intercom system).
Once you have completed check-in, you will receive an email and SMS confirmation. Your electronic room key will be activated in the web app. You have the option of sharing the electronic room key with your room partner by simply forwarding the email confirmation.
You can also encode room cards at the iPad in the lobby at any time if you wish.
Check-out is not necessary. An automatic check-out takes place at 11:00 am on the day of departure and you will receive an email with your invoice as an attachment.
You will also receive a check-out invitation by email and SMS at 6:00 am on the day of departure with a link which you can to change the billing address (e.g. to your company) until 11:00 am. After this time, no new billing address can be processed.
Luggage can be left in the cloakroom on the day of arrival (before check-in) and on the day of departure (after check-out) (without liability, but with camera surveillance in the area).
